The owner's unit has a newer kitchen. In the middle of the duplex is a gate in the front of the building and the back of the building so that you have a place to store materials, boats, motorcycles, etc The roof is 2012 and we have a copy of the roof permit. I spoke to insurance company today and I did get a FEMA form showing the property is partially within a special flood hazard area, but that the structure is not affected, and therefore no flood insurance required.
