I almost forgot to tell you that my current owner said I have utility hook ups. Can you believe it? With my new seawall and my utility hook-ups, I must be very desirable. I also heard that FEMA did something called rezoning. I didn't feel a thing but they rezoned me to the AE flood zone. That sounds pretty neat. I am now a 6500 sq ft lot with a new seawall, in the AE flood zone with direct access to the Gulf. Ain't that special!
